"Marvin and his guys did a great job on my 100 year old stucco house. Hail had pitted the stucco , brick work on the front porch needed some tuckpointing. While they were here he noticed the chimney was not very secure. They will finish painting my house as soon as it is warm enough to paint. Overall I am very pleased with their work."

I have done concrete for twenty one years and built many homes in that time as well I can do all of your major or small construction projects there is no job to small what makes me better than all contractors is I plant trees yep three trees for every hundred board feet in material I use including invoices and bid sheets I also take pride in my work and wont short change you by using fines for my base your slab is only as good as the base and using fines is job security to every contractor out there

To keep a long story shorter, I paid over $100K for my unit after being pushed to make payments to 'keep it on the assembly line'. It has been paid in full since August of 2023 (just about 15 months for anyone counting). I received a response (finally) earlier this year in March that there is new ownership of the company, and the man in charge is Brad Dancer. After trying to contact for quite awhile, I did finally get him on the phone. He apologized and explained to me that he's in over his head. Even though I believe I have been more than patient, I agreed to give him some time to finish and deliver my unit. We agreed that August of this year (2024) I would have it. I checked in by email in June to ask if we were still on track. I received a response that we were indeed on track. Now fast forward to today (10/25/24), I have been completely ghosted by email, phone, and text. No responses at all by ANY form of communication. At this point, I realize I have been robbed of over $100K. And after reading many other consumers reviews on different platforms, it appears I'm not the only one. I will now begin my journey with the Attorney General and Legal process. I'll update my status here so anyone can see what happens. At least people can get answers some way. It is not a good feeling to not be able to get a company to call you, especially after they've taken over $100k. You can't even leave a message on the office line ( which no one has EVER answered by the way). I don't understand how a company like this could still be in business. My recommendation to anyone reading this.....I hope it's not too late for you."
