He offered a wealth of helpful design suggestions to increase our shower size, the addition of niches and Delta hardware selection. After accepting his on-site quote, work was scheduled 60 days out when we met Ryan Epps, our on-site project manager. Ryan was amazing, courteous, professional and willing to answer all our "in-process" questions. "I would NOT recommend Paragon Builds to anyone. For how much we paid, the quality of their work & products do not align. My husband and I remodel experience was nothing we imagined it would be. There were lots of mistakes, work seemed to only get done when money was on the line, lots of time waiting for product to come in even when we were held back for 1 month due to mold/asbestos abatement. Just lots of mistakes we were not happy about and still arenâ t. I will say, their worker Riggo was the best one there. He was a solid man who knew what he was doing and built us a BEAUTIFUL stair railing. Long story short, there is a lot of things this company needs to fix in order to grow. Time management, communication, ownership/responsibility, etc."
