"I would NOT recommend Paragon Builds to anyone. For how much we paid, the quality of their work & products do not align. My husband and I remodel experience was nothing we imagined it would be. There were lots of mistakes, work seemed to only get done when money was on the line, lots of time waiting for product to come in even when we were held back for 1 month due to mold/asbestos abatement. Just lots of mistakes we were not happy about and still arenâ t. I will say, their worker Riggo was the best one there. He was a solid man who knew what he was doing and built us a BEAUTIFUL stair railing. Long story short, there is a lot of things this company needs to fix in order to grow. Time management, communication, ownership/responsibility, etc."

"We had Scott and team repair our concrete front stairs and install a handrail. We also had them install new baseboards and trim throughout our home along with new kitchen backsplash and a wood breakfast bar. We are so happy and pleased with the quality of the work and how it all turned out. Scott is very communicative and always quick to respond to any questions. We originally were scheduled for work to begin in December or January but when he found out we are expecting our first child in February he took it upon himself to speak to other project owners and was able to get us moved up to October. That is something you just don't see these days and was so incredibly kind. We will have Scott and team out for any future home projects we have and would highly recommend."
