We have a large home with slate, bamboo and Italian marble floors. I hate mopping. They come out and spend a few hours on the floors alone. They are thorough and even use a vacuum on the hardwoods to make sure there is nothing in the cracks. If I have a guest coming to visit they are wonderful about adjusting their schedule to come the day of or the day before to help me get the house looking perfect. They accommodate our busy schedules and crazy time lines.
