I hired Ultimate Construction to finish part of my unfinished basement in my 2 year old home. Dan completed an estimate in a timely fashion and explained the proposal in detail. He and his crew were professional and completed the work as planned . Everyone was polite and respectful of my property. i was very pleased with the quality of work provided . The workmen cleaned up the workspace each day which was greatly appreciated. I am so happy with the finished basement and highly recommend Ultimate Construction.

We had our basement finished this fall. September-November. Our basement was unfinished from a new build in 2013. Space does not make for a huge area, but a bedroom, full bathroom, storage room, and family room were easily included. This finish was easy, stress-free, and affordable. Dan promptly answered any questions that were asked. We are very happy with how it turned out! I would highly recommend Ultimate Construction Services!

Dan with Ultimate Construction is good people and great work all in one! We could not be happier with the outcome of our project. Every person who came to work in our home was respectful and tidy and did awesome work. Dan was easy to talk to and lived up to every promise he made. We had one snag in our project where we discovered an issue and we text Dan and told him and he was at our house and fixing it within the hour. We will definitely be requesting more projects from Ultimate Construction in the future.
