"We had a large roof to replace. They were in and out in a day, barely left a mark on the ground, and left the grounds very clean. The new roof was fantastic."

"We recently completed an ADU in our backyard, and the process with Evolution Drafting was very smooth from start to finish. I truly felt that my needs were heard—our goal was to create a comfortable space for our daughter and her family when they visit, and the team made that happen. Evolution Drafting was highly responsive, and their revision process made it easy to make adjustments along the way. Great company to work with. Special shout out to our agent Elizabeth. She is so helpful and informative!"

"Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects."

"They did a good job. They came out pretty much when they say they would and they did get it done. I found them from Angie's List and they have a lot of good reviews but the thing that I didn't like was he said that it would only take like a day or two and it sounds like he didn't communicate well. The first time I called they didn't call me back and I tried to contacted them through the e-mail from Angie's List and the owner that comes checked that out really quick. So he came, he check and saw that I e-mailed and I talked to one of his workers between that. He got right back to me as soon as he got involved. He got the estimate and we talked about the job. They came out here and they ended up working week and what it sounds like was however he delegated the job, he didn't delegate enough people for the job that needed to get done. It rained when they are in the middle of working and they covered my porch roof but it leaked a little bit. It didn't turn out that anything was really injured, they really felt sorry about that and offered to do anything that I needed to to make it right. I got my job done and got it done well but there were definitely some glitches. They cleaned up nicely. The employees were nice and the employee that was on site felt terrible, he felt that it was taking so long for it to go through, he felt that he must calculated and I guess what happened was he had ordered the roofing for the porch and it was suppose to be delivered but our delivery time was off. He felt like it can get it done before the rain comes but then because it wasn't delivered on time he was not able to do that and got into trouble. Then the owner came out to find out what was going on, he's going 'Oh my God, we really didn't put enough people on this job which the guy actually out here didn't say all along', but generally they were professional group and they know what they were doing."

The cost to replace your roof is often significantly more expensive than the cost to repair it. On average, homeowners will spend between $5,890 and $12,800 to replace a roof. The size of the roof, the roof’s pitch, and the number of stories the house has will significantly affect the overall cost. You can expect to spend upwards of $46,000 for large, high-end roofs.

The cost of a new roof is an investment in the future of your home. Weigh your contractor choice decision on trustworthiness, reviews and integrity. Roofing is a trade that is easy to cut corners in order to cut cost, and going with the cheapest contractor is generally a poor choice.

For roofing in Allison, opt for impact-resistant shingles or metal panels designed to withstand high winds and hail. Use a synthetic underlayment for added moisture protection, and install ice and water barriers at vulnerable edges. Ensure proper attic ventilation to reduce the risk of ice dams and heat buildup. Sourcing materials from regional suppliers helps ensure reliable delivery and products suited to local climate conditions.

Helpful?

Combining roofing with upgrades like gutter installation, siding replacement, or attic insulation in Allison can streamline scheduling and reduce overall disruption. Tackling multiple exterior projects together often means fewer site visits and less downtime between trades. This approach can also simplify the permit process and help you take advantage of the optimal weather window, making it easier to coordinate roof repair or replacement with other improvements.

Helpful?

In Allison, the humid continental climate brings harsh winters, hot summers, and frequent storms, all of which affect roof replacement and repair schedules. Winter’s freezing temperatures and snow can halt progress and create safety hazards, while summer heat may limit working hours. Severe storms can delay projects and disrupt supply chains, so planning installations for late spring or early fall helps minimize weather-related setbacks.

Helpful?

Homeowners in Allison should review local building codes for wind and hail resistance standards before starting a roofing project. Rural locations may mean longer delivery times for materials, so early ordering is wise. After severe weather, contractor availability can be limited, so booking in advance is beneficial. Also, check your insurance policy for storm-related coverage and coordinate with utility providers if any rooftop equipment needs adjustment.
