"I highly recommend Sean Gustin’s work with Kadywampus Construction/ Precision Epoxy Solutions. He built a lanai for me and visualized, planned and executed it staying within budget and scheduled timeframe. I got two bids for the project, and his bid was lower and reasonable. He drew up a contract and communicated when he needed money draws as each stage was completed. He was timely, professional and responsive. The finished product was beautiful and added value to my house. He is a fine craftsman and takes pride in his work. After the lanai, he also engaged in sundry household repairs including fixing doors, installing a new water heater, painting a coconut mobile, table and stairs, making a retractable futon frame, and changing out a window.
