He arranged all subcontracting and carefully oversaw every stage of construction. Sean is a very responsive communicator. He informed us of options all along the way. He completely rehabilitated a 2,400sf two bedroom house for us and heâ s doing more work for us on another house. He has excellent design skills and the knowledge to spot details that others might miss. Working with him is a true pleasure because of the skills and because of his attitude. He really cares.
