Certified Sounds installed an ignition lock out unit in my Subaru. While it was installed, the battery would continually drain and die after the car set for about an hour. Two batteries and one swapped out part, the lock out was removed and the battery no longer drains while sitting. However, random warning lights come on while driving (the computer does not report any error codes which would show up in the computer if they were real) and after turning on the rear defrosters, the tach dropped to zero, the ABS light came on and the car could no longer keep its voltage above 12V. As soon as I took my foot off the clutch, the engine died and the battery would not start the car. We recharged the battery so I could park it. When I contacted Certified Sounds, their service rep denied that the work they did could have caused the problem, lied to me about the simplicity of the installation, and refused to even look at the problem unless we paid $90. Horrible work, horrible customer service, dishonest.
