The finished product was beautiful and added value to my house. He is a fine craftsman and takes pride in his work. After the lanai, he also engaged in sundry household repairs including fixing doors, installing a new water heater, painting a coconut mobile, table and stairs, making a retractable futon frame, and changing out a window.
