he quit before completing the job. his work was very sporadic and inconsistent like one day a week. he also refused to do a job that I paid him for, clearing out used concrete and even left a broken wheelbarrow on my property. he still owes me a refund. I have filed a formal complaint with Hawaii's office of DCCA.

What a relief, I went from well meaning amateurs to a professional. As a high school teacher, I am picky, with limited time and resources. Keoni and his Team were superb in being clean, timely and skilled. I am very happy with them amd their work. They hit it out-of-the-park. I am now a member of the KCR services fan club.
