I needed to talk to a plumber about my choices regarding purchasing a replacement water heater. Erin was quick to respond, very knowledgeable and helpful. No matter what I asked him he was quick to respond. Would highly recommend him. For those on the Big Island of Hawai’i, no need to go through finding a plumber, just hire this company. My master room drains were clogged. I called plumbers that were referred to me but no one called back. Then I saw A-Tech Plumbing in the Nextdoor app and he actually answered the phone! That’s unheard of in Puna. Not only did A-Tech answer my call, they came out on the same day! His price was so reasonable and affordable that I will definitely keep their number in my Fav-5 of service providers. Not only is A-Tech reliable, they do a professional and complete job and cleaned up beautifully before leaving my home with all faucets and drains flowing like new, and he’s a good guy too.
