The individual that came to do the work always arrived on time and cleaned up well after he was done. However, the last application of finish that he applied had hairs and quite a bit of dust in it. He did end up applying more layers of finish than he originally intended and offered to tint...
I decided to use someone else for flooring but would use him in future for other jobs.
