All Phases Green Services

I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. I hired All Phases Green for a major kitchen renovation. They had done several projects for us before with good results and had been our go-to company for both small and large jobs. The kitchen started off well, and the company was responsive when design changes or unexpected issues came up. However, I noticed the owner’s helper was not meeting the standard I had come to expect from the owner—paint runs, debris in the finish, and sloppy mistakes that stood out even to me as a homeowner. I raised these concerns, expecting them to be addressed, especially since in the past, he was quick to fix any issue. While one of my concerns turned out to be a natural wood issue, instead of explaining that professionally, the owner replied with a condescending text. Shortly after, rather than taking accountability or offering solutions, he abruptly quit the job with another passive-aggressive text message, leaving a large portion of the renovation incomplete. No effort to resolve the situation—just gone. Abandoning a project because a client points out legitimate concerns is incredibly unprofessional. I am absolutely shocked he responded how he did after having worked with him for so long. If a contractor can’t handle feedback or stand behind their team’s work, they shouldn’t be in this business where client feedback should be welcomed. I trusted him, and it became clear what kind of person and business owner he is. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

Beautifully. Eric took great pains to assure the final product would be perfect, from the demo to reframing messy construction, rewiring plumbing, choosing useful hardware and attractive tile. He took equal consideration of function and style, suggested improvements and provided additional tasks within the agreed-upon budget. Not put off by the couple of days added to the initial projected timeline, I would hire him again for his his thoroughness, thoughtfulness and perfectionism.

AWESOME! Eric and his crew are great people to work with. He made sure we were informed of everything he was going to do/not do. When ever I called or text him for any information or questions he got back to me right away with answers. Eric knows his stuff in construction and I appreciate his honesty. If you are looking for: Fair Pricing Professionalism Takes pride in Quality craftsmanship Outstanding work ethics Will do what you ask and advise if your directives may be impractical Disclose repairs you may need because “It’s the right thing to do!” Then look no further you have found them. My home is well over 30+ years old. No upgrades had been done and I was hoping to find someone that I could trust. Our initial meet went so well that at the end I had no doubt that I found someone forthright and that I could trust. My bathrooms were fully renovated. My kitchen counters and flooring were done as well. Some odds and ends concerning electrical work, plumbing was done. My tile floors were rejuvenated. I dare say that this experience impacted my whole family in a positive way and the transition was seamless. We even are excited about our own DIY projects for the home. Eric made himself available for questions for our projects and now we’re confident going in. We have added a couple more retail outlets of choice, Lowe’s and Home Depot☺! Now when we come home we are having “AAAAHHHHHH Moments!” The family morale is on an upward trajectory!! Eric and his team at All Phases Green were great to work with throughout our home renovation. Through all stages of the project, from planning to close-out, Eric was helpful and informative. He took the time to understand what our end state objectives were and was able to advise us on numerous decisions as we went. He helped us find great deals on materials and assisted with dealing with the suppliers if issues arose. Beyond the project management, the quality of the work was top notch. We are extremely happy with how the work came out. Looks great, on budget, and on schedule.

Eric did an exceptional job. I would certainly hire his company again. Eric showed us options to get the most out our shower re-tile. He was quick, courteous, professional, and stayed within budget. Hire Eric and you will not be disappointed.

Eric and his partner were consistent, courteous and conscientious. Debris was taken out daily, and work space kept clean. The project was completed satisfactorily. They took the time to ask outright opinions and went the extra mile to complete the project in the best manner.

There were some unforseen issues during the project that Eric was able to overcome with calm reassurance. He definitely went above and beyond his line of duties and also fixed a light switch that needed to be changed for years! Very knowledgeable and skilled.

Eric was easy to talk with in planning the project and came up with common sense solutions. He did a good job with the project, was on-time and kept things manageable. I have recommended him to friends.

Eric was wonderful, attentive, worked overtime to meet my deadline. As an out of state homeowner- he made purchasing and picking up the supplies effortless. Well priced compared to other quotes I got. Also, he had a great eye for adding style to an otherwise boring area. Will use him again!!

It was great! Eric was ready to perform a multitude of services to include plumbing, electrical, appliance installation, tile work and cabinetry. As with any job , there is some troubleshooting and Eric navigated the project in a calm and precise manner. I appreciate Eric’s availability and will to get the job done right. I am very pleased with All Phases Green Services. The work done to remodel my kitchen and bath as well as repainting was excellent. High quality and very detail oriented at an affordable price. Very easy to work with and kept me informed on any decisions necessary throught remodel process. On a side note very bulletproof paint job done. I would reccomend All Phases Green Services to anyone thinking about having their kitchen or bath remodeled or for any other work needed to be done around the house.

Went very well. Eric was there at scheduled time every day. He was very knowledgeable and gave plenty of Information. The jobsite was cleaned every day. The price was very fair and the job looked awesome when completed. The wife and me look forward to re hiring for other projects around the house.

I am amazed on the outcome of my new shower. He was extremely professional & recommended on what was best to do. I wanted a new tub, but he said it would be better to do a stand up shower where I am still able to give my dogs a bath. It looks very modern & I’m so in love with it! If you need a remodel, you won’t be disappoint on the outcome!

The 750sf flooring project was completed on time and for quoted cost. The technician did a quality job, was very pleasant to communicate with, and kept the.job site clean and safe. I would definitely use this company again and have already recommended them.
