I am not the best about writing reviews I usually say I will do it and then I always forget however this is the second time I've reached out to Kyle from kdh Construction LLC, he just finished doing a deep clean maintenance of our AC wall unit and the job he did was so amazing I decided the review was too important to forget! Before he arrived our unit was leaking and not working well. Kyle is hard-working, completely professional, and very thorough in describing to you before during and after what is transpiring with the job. He was very thorough over the phone sharing what he would do, what you could expect, and setting a very fair price. He also lets you know before the job that if anything unexpected comes up he will discuss it with you before proceeding. He did a great job of the deep clean, now our AC unit is spotless and we can really feel and see the difference. I highly recommend Kyle for any household project

The first time u used my new shower head was Saturday morning. At first the water came out the the shower head but within a few minutes the water started coming out of the hand held and I hadn?t touched it. Turning off the handheld only shut off all water. I tried pushing the stopper down and starting over the water would not come out of the shower head no many how many times I tried so I haven?t used the shower since.i need this corrected as soon as possible

They were very prompt and professional. Their work was excellent and efficient and completed everything in a timely matter as we requested. We have asked them to do more projects for us. We highly recommend them

Kyle took care of most of the tasks that were assigned however, I was not happy with the refinishing of the wood floor. It requires further polishing/glazing.

Kyle and his crew did an amazing job in a short period of time. We were struggling with three keys for three different entryways, two of which were difficult too open. Now we have one key that opens all doors and no struggles. They were meticulously balancing the doors so they opened and closed easily. Thanks Kyle for helping us.

Kyle, came to my house from kdr construction. I called him because I had some odd jobs around the house that needed to be done. He was very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. He assured me that he and his company are basically a one size fits all. They can fix things, put in screens which is what I had done, fix holes in my wall, replace lights and the sky's the limit. Kyle worked quickly and efficiently and did a really nice professional job. I would highly recommend him for any future projects around your home or business

Installed a flush mount vent for our dryer to be able to sit closer to the wall.
