Communication skills were excellent, expressed in detail, questions were answered so that both parties throughly understood and agreed upon in kind tones. Products were as expected, great supplies. He repaired my patio with soffit that another contracted destroyed. I love sitting on my patio again. Two of my rooms were painted beautifully. All throughout the work in progress, Mr. Cuzzo checked to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He gladly accept a couple of small project that I didn't initially ask him to do. They were done to perfection. My ceiling needed repair, his crew did an awesome job. All of this work was going on during my graddaughters graduation, he worked around my schedule and still got the job completed on time. I've already called him to do some more projects. Focused on quality, "energy saving" spray foam, insulation, and weatherization, we act as a consultant and gateway to your largest energy savings.
"We hired Performance Energy to air seal our attic and add additional insulation. Their representative provided a clear explanation of their process and provided a thorough assessment of our home's energy concerns. I had already done a lot to the house, so I was pleased to have a second set of eyes evaluating my work. They arrived with a crew of four, three were in the attic for several hours sealing all the gaps and cracks between the attic and the living space. They also used a thermal camera to check for leaks in my HVAC ductwork that was in the attic - prior to insulating. Once all the sealing was complete, they proceeded to add additional insulation throughout the attic. The only snafu was their generator died. We looked at the electrical connections and found the brushes in the motor had overheated and melted. It took about an hour to get a replacement generator and they were able to finish the project. Other than the generator - things went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them if you want to make your house more energy efficient. Don't add extra insulation until you have air-sealed!!"
