He came a few weeks later to do the pressure washing and we set up an appointment for him to come back out to do the painting. I called him a few days before to confirm the appointment. He never returned my call. I then called on the day of the appointment and again, he never responded. So today, I had my daughter call him from her work phone to see if he would answer. While he didn't answer her call, he did call her back asking if she needed any painting work done. She explained that I was trying to get in contact with him and if he could call her back. He said tha the couldn't and that she lives too far away and hung up on my daughter. He was aware of how far away I lived when he took the job and he never finished what he started.

Hired from an ad in local paper. First part of job went okay. He was arrived on-time and all seemed okay. A few days later, he came back to complete the rest of the job. I paid him and thought the job was completed. Not long after he left, I began to notice several imperfections related to poor drywall prep work. several nail holes that had been patched did not match in color due to only one coat of paint. He had assured us he would be able to match the patched areas. The patched areas did not appear to be sanded and there are noticeable small "humps" and scratches in these areas. I contacted him and he said he would come back and re-paint or refund part of my payment. After 10 days, he's a no-show.

He shows up when he says he's going to. He really remembers his customers. He seems to keep the same crew, so he doesn't have any problems with his guys. They're fast and they don't damage anything.
