After interviewing 5 different companies we knew they were the one that was going to assist us in the largest financial decision we had to make. We had never remodeled the exterior of our home, or any others and the task seemed overwhelming. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable in the process and took the time to listen to our concerns. His professional approach on “what is reasonable and customary” when starting a project of this scale made us both feel at ease. He provided many different options for repair, replacement and kept it all within our stated budget. Choosing the paint colors was the only thing he said was, a personal preference and mentioned that Sherwin Williams is the best choice for exterior paint, and they have any colors that meet your expectations. Project took 2 weeks and came in on budget. Their crew was employed by MAC and not sub-contractors. They were on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and very respectful of our property. On Time. "I got quotes from the 3 providers and decided on Make A Choice. It was definitely the 'right' choice. Thanks Chuck! The work was done quickly and professionally. Great care was taken to cause little disturbance to neighbors who are VERY close in proximity to my house. Step 1: Siding: These guys were fast, and I mean fast. They blazed through the demolition of the old siding, vacuum sealed the sides, and put up my new hardy board. Just like that it was done and done right. Then it was painted (well) and the house began to look brand new. Step 2: Soffit: I almost didn't spring for soffit, and that would have been a big mistake. These guys did an amazing job on the soffit which now has the under siding looking amazing!! Most impactful thing I had done. All the neighbors are jealous! Step 3: Porch: I asked for a 'beefier' porch, and that is what I got. Amazing railings and new columns. I had them put a band about a foot down from the top of the columns and they really stand out now. The railing is double thick on the top and they are taller now, and the whole thing is the envy of the neighborhood. I also asked for a 'dental trim' and expected a strip from Home Depot or something. Nope. They custom made it, curved and impactful. Above and beyond. Step 4: Gutters: The gutters they installed go so seamlessly with the soffit that you can barely tell they are there! Beautiful and they put in a complete system where some needed gutters had been left out from the initial house build. The match to the rest of the house is uncanny. Step 5: Door: This they outsourced to a guy who also blew me away with a professional install and removal of my old door. Cleanup was done after each major renovation and at finish and everything was pretty close to "move in" ready. They did destroy a cement fountain, but patched it up so you could hardly tell. (I knew I should have moved that thing out of the way!) The only non-10 out of 10 would be the trim painting on the porch and windows, which got a bit rushed with bad weather, and even that gets a 9-10, with the only little things I could catch being quite 'nit-picky'. Overall, this company delivered in spades on the goods it promised and they were very responsive throughout the whole process. I would 100% use them again without hesitation for any other external house projects!! Priced competitively and delivering results that exceeded my expectations."

"First, I want to apologize for writing this review so late. My window was repaired back in May 2021. This was the second time Michael has come to my home to repair my window. Michael was so professional and prompt. I must say after he repaired my window the first time I was so overwhelmed about what had happened to me. Michael gave me options and didn't try to overprice the work that needed to be done. He is a real family man with family values. He is serious about his work and cares about any job he is going to complete. My second window was a pretty large window and he handled everything with ease and quick. He repaired the wood around the window and even made it look better than the original window looked. Now when I get out of my car and look at the window I just smile. "Turner Home was fantastic! They replaced original standard cabinets with custom built cherry wood cabinets, soft slide Out shelving, a two tiered lazy susan, slide out garbage can holder, toe kick drawers, and under cabinet lighting! This was done as part of the overall kitchen remodel which was also managed by Turner Home. Allen was easy to work with, minimized the amount of time we were without kitchen access and made sure every cabinet was perfectly installed. We are extremely happy with the end result. Towards the end of this project Turner Home also restored a 1930s phonograph with a crank handle that belongs to my mother. Allen did a wonderful job of maintaining the original look while replacing damaged wood. The working phonograph is now a center piece in moms home!"
