John Gladin is the owner and carpenter. He has been a business owner and carpenter since 1986. He oversees and remains on each job site to ensure client satisfaction. We use sub-contractors only if it is for a service we do not offer and we oversee subs until completion of their portion of the work.

General and sub-contracting, estimating, diagnosis/job-layout. Billing procedures: depending on the size of the job, etc. half of the agreed price is paid up front for materials and the other half is to be paid upon completion. Number of employees: varies with size and scope of work, roughly between 2-8 workers. I also can provide a large number of sub- contracted employees for larger scale/ commercial jobs.
