It was a wonderful experience working with Savannah Blinds Shutters & Shades! From start to finish, it could not have gone better! All along the way, I felt listened to, informed and satisfied. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. My installation team of Daniel, Ricky & Josh were wonderful - an A+ team! They were very skilled, helpful, friendly and kept me informed along the way. They had to get a bit creative because come of my window casings were not squared up. They talked with me about their ideas and I was extremely pleased with the results. The entire process could not have gone better. You can't go wrong with this company and this installation team!

This is a hard review to get right, because overall we're happy with the end result, and our window treatments look very nice. The product we chose (Norman honeycomb shades) are of very high quality. Savannah Blinds were pleasant to work with, and showed up when promised. The installation was done on time and appears to be of high quality too. We never tested any competitive quotes, so can't say whether we overpaid or not, but the price was what I expected for a job consisting of shades for 6 rooms and a number of large windows (including arched windows). The problem is, I think they are a little inexperienced; this left us with a problem we had not anticipated during the planning phase - but I would have expected their planner to spot right away! The shades are manually operated - both opened and closed by hand - and our ceilings are quite high. In the room with the tallest window (say 12') the installation was done with a cord/pulley system, without prompting by us. But the rooms where the window out of reach but somewhat lower (say 9') are now very awkward to use. Which means the taller installation can only be reached by standing on a chair. This sucks. In my view, it's not that you make a mistake that matters, but how you respond when a mistake is made. I felt we got the brush off when we complained ("Yeah, well these widows were not taller than our maximum height, so you don't get the pulley by default."), and of course there's no way to modify the blinds. It's so dumb, because it very obvious that unless you're 6'6" you'll never be able to raise/close the blind all the way to the top, and this really matter with black out shades. Whilst we have been offered a solution, a 'pole attachment' that can reach the handles and make this easier, we've not received them yet. So I don't know how good that'll be. And I still would expect the planner to have made a suggestion when measuring (we never thought of it ourselves). In summary: nice company, good product, but make sure you think about the details because they didn't for us.

Morgan and Nikki are wonderful to work with. They are efficient, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about their products. They listen to your needs and present options within multiple price ranges. Morgan's installations are spot-on - he is respectful, clean, conscientious and proficient. He installed Roman shades in one room, blinds in multiple rooms and shutters in multiple rooms within our house. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I need new window treatments.

This is one of the best companies to work with, and I highly recommend them. Their work and quality of product is phenomenal. I could not be any happier with my purchase, instillation, and friendliness of the owners. The prices were cheaper than other leading companies. I felt like I was a priority buyer from start to finish. Also, this company bent over backwards for me to make sure that I had the best customer service. Highly recommended.

Everything went well. However, the installer was supposed to come back to put the end caps on the blinds and has never done so.

Amazing. They were quick, professional, and worked around my busy schedule. The measurements ordering and placement of all blinds were finished in about 8-10 days! I would highly recommend!

The process couldn't have gone any more smoothly.  Morgan came out, measured, and quoted a price for the blinds.  His price was extremely reasonable.  When the blinds were in, he came out and installed them.  They look fantastic!  One of the blinds had a slight imperfection from the manufacturer, and he ordered a replacement.  He then came out and replaced the blind.  The company is a pleasure to work with.  Honestly, I would never use anyone else for window treatments.

Great.  The minor issues caused by the manufacturer were remedied immediately by Morgan.  He did this while simultaneously doing a huge job at a military hospital in Beaufort.  If you want quality, and professionalism...Savannah Blinds Shutters and Shades is the ONLY place to go.

Morgan (and Nicki) were terrific from start to finish.  We shopped extensively before choosing Savannah Blinds.  Morgan was super professional during the original sales call and did not waste our time (as competitors did) with trying to upsell us etc.  We ordered plantation shutters for some parts of our home and blinds in other areas.  They kept us informed on product arrival dates and were very proactive in setting up installation times. We waited a few months for the product but they look OUTSTANDING!  We are extremely happy with the quality of the product, their prices, the installation and the customer service provided.  I would not hesitate in recommending Savannah Blinds and Shades to friend and family members.

Working with Morgan at Savannah Blinds, Shutters and Shades was a pleasure for me and my husband.  I chose this company from Angie's list after reading the positive reviews, although I had been considering another company.  I contacted Savannah Blinds online and Morgan called me very shortly afterword.  We made an appointment for him to give me an estimate.  He showed up on time and provided me with information so that I could make a decision as to what I wanted and where.  Then he measured all my windows - twice.  He is a perfectionist, which is a plus in my book, and certainly went a long way in making me feel I was going to get an outstanding job.  He definitely delivered.  
 Morgan placed the order for my blinds and shutters and a few weeks later, called to let me know he had received my blinds and offered a date for installation.  Again, he showed up on time and went right to work.  In no time at all, they were all up and looked beautiful.  The shutters came a few weeks later and again, Morgan notified me and we set up a time to install them.  He showed up on time, constructed and installed my shutters.  They are everything I want them to be and then some!  
As I said previously, it was a real pleasure working with Morgan.  His attention to detail, perfectionism and professionalism are hard to come by today.  He works quickly, quietly and efficiently and is not satisfied until the job is done perfectly and his customer is happy.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right.

Morgan and Nikki explained the options available, measured my windows, submitted a proposal and installed wood shutters in all my windows. They were very professional and wonderful to work with from start to finish!

It went well--every time.  The service is second to none--for any company.  Morgan goes "above and beyond" to make sure the shutters fit right and the customer is happy.  He knows that sometimes customers keep things inside themselves and don't express dissatisfaction.  We had one shutter that was milled about 1" too narrow on the top.  I didn't even notice the difference, but my wife did.  I called Morgan and he replaced the entire shutter at no cost.  What company does that in this age?  Not many.  ESPECIALLY in the Hilton Head area.

The pricing was the best and the service was extraordinary--to the point that I would go out of my way to do business with him again.  If his prices are even "close" to elsewhere, I will use Savannah Blinds.....

Morgan gave us exactly what we wanted, even going so far as to become an Authorized Dealer for the product we wanted. He was always prompt, efficient and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone that wants the best in window treatments

We used this company a few months back and were completely satisfied. It was a very painless and professional session. Morgan, our rep and installer, (always neat and clean), brought lots of samples and sat down and took time to show each sample. Then he helped narrow it down to 3 choices which made it easier to make the final decision. He came back when promised and he and his assistant went to work and had my large sun room done in short time. Took all packaging with them and made sure we were happy with the results. I look at them every day with pride and satisfaction. When my daughter decided she wanted room darkening shades in her room. Once again, Morgan came out and patiently and skillfully helped her make her choice. He also made some minor adjustments to a pull on a blind we already had (that he hadn't even installed... came with property.
I certainly would recommend this vendor to anyone who is looking for quality blinds at competitive prices.

Morgan was outstanding in responsiveness, follow through to get the blinds installed timely considering we had some delays on other renovations that prevented him from installing the blinds.  He adjusted to our time schedule and was very patient.  He made sure the measurements were correct by coming back a second time to measure after some additional trim work was completed. One blind was slightly damaged, he re ordered the blind and it will be installed.  I live 6 hours from Savannah, so he had to coordinate the install with my son who is sometimes hard to reach, but Morgan took all that in stride. After he installed the blinds he took pictures and sent them to me.  He also worked with me on the price. Even though we weren't buying high end blinds, he treated us with courtesy and like our job was important.  Morgan is a great asset to the company.
