"Tom did a great job of fixing a problem from the local hardware store and their installer. He worked tirelessly and used great craftsmanship to fix our problem with our stairs and flooring. I would recommend him to anybody looking to get some work done at their place."

"Can do a wide variety of large and small projects. Very concerned about quality work.Still working with him. Looking forward to seeing the completion of several more jobs. Updated 09/30/20: Worked for us from May through 09/30/20. He re-did the Kitchen, painted the outside/inside of the house, replaced the doors, replaced rotten boards. He has outstanding attention to detail. He has good work ethnic. come when he says he will, gets jobs done. He will not do the job unless he can do it right. He is the best person we have found since we moved here. We have been here 13 years. He has fair pricing."

Treehouse Builders questions, answered by experts

The quickest way you can protect plants and trees from frost is to cover them with garden blankets or frost cloths. Also, bringing potted plants or trees indoors is much simpler than trying to cover and protect them outdoors. Remember to anchor blankets with something such as sandbags, fabric pins, or rocks if the forecast calls for strong winds to keep them from blowing away and exposing your trees and plants.

Don’t forget to factor in the climate where you live during the planning stage. If your area is prone to bitter cold and heavy snow, you might want to invest in stronger greenhouse materials like a concrete slab, steel frame, and glass walls or plan to take your greenhouse down for the winter.

The only real drawback to green building is that it’s more expensive up front, with per-square-foot prices sitting 33% higher than what you’d pay to build a traditional home. The higher cost is due to more expensive building materials and more labor to ensure every aspect of the home is as efficient as possible. However, green buildings often save money in the long run, so this is just a temporary downside.

This is a personal choice, but if you’re in a hurry to have your garden up or feel overwhelmed by all that goes into choosing the right hydroponic garden, a professional can help you quickly get started. However, if you’re an avid DIYer, then you might prefer installing a hydroponic garden on your own.

When designing an attached greenhouse, several factors should be considered. These include the orientation and positioning of the greenhouse to maximize sunlight exposure, the structural integrity of the connection to the house, sufficient insulation to regulate temperature, proper ventilation for airflow, and adequate space for plants and pathways. If you’re restricted because of your budget, go with a simpler design to maximize the use of your money.
