After interviewing multiple people for this undertaking, Frank Stevens seemed to align best to our vision and brought the oversight and experience to hold the contractors to the architectural plans he created for us. My wife & I opted to pay Frank to oversee detail throughout the different stages in our remodel. This was the smartest decision we made going into a project so broad. I.e The addition of a 1/2 Bath, popcorn ceiling removal throughout, multiple bathroom remodels, complete opening of living area including two engineered beams to carry weight and allow for ceiling to be opened up. Complete reworked laundry as well as the kitchen which we have just received an award from Proline! Frank designed us an award winning KITCHEN We couldnâ t be happier!

Frank provided great service and experience in helping me to remodel my home. He gave me recommendations and also listened to my needs and desires. He attended several Charleston BAR Association Meetings in order to get the plans for the improvements approved. He was very reliable and dependable and would be here if I needed him. He also came in frequently to check on the progress of the house. If I had an issue with the contractor , I would just reach out to Frank and he would take care of following up with the contractor!In my opinion, he went over and beyond to ensure I got the improvements that I wanted! Drafting or CADD Service
I have already done this review and really do not care to repeat the problems...suffice it to say that I did not get what I wanted, he would not release the drawings to me, even though I gave him the original ones I had to start with, (so he did not start from scratch), it took longer than he said it would, (so the plans were not available in time for any of the builders I was consulting to make a good estimate in time) and in the end I paid him $600 and still had to go elsewhere to get what I wanted.

"This client was unhappy, but her statements are misleading: I released her drawing on the day I had promised, which was four days prior to her first builder consult. That same day I made a series of revisions at her request (for free) and sent her the revised drawing the very next day. She then asked for my CAD file which was not part of our agreement - this is what she's referring to when she says "he would not release the drawing". I offered to remove my title block and other proprietary information (for a $50 fee) but this angered her. Two months later she filed this review. I take my dedication to customer satisfaction very seriously, but I could not satisfy this customer"

We were in a middle of a new home build working with many different vendors to build a unique and useful kitchen in our new home. The problem was that all of them were still thinking with old thinking about the kitchen. Frank cam in and took the time to design a kitchen that is very functional and gives a wow factor. In addition of being a great kitchen designer we also asked him if he would do a review of our current plans to find any problems the designer might not have addressed. His fee was reasonable and the changes that were needed saved us thousands. I would recommend Frank for any project.

I am delighted to give Frank Stevens a 5 Star rating in all categories. Frank spent lots of time with me, listening to my dreams for the project and learning about my physical limitations which needed to be accommodated. My new kitchen, my concrete ramp entry, and screened in back porch are wonderful, thanks to Franks hard work and efficient plans. My contractor found his plans easy to read and follow. I found him personable, friendly, and true to his word in every respect. I would recommend him to anyone interested in quality.

He designed our apartment. You could not ask for a better designer. The man that was building it would not follow our design, Frank ended up being our contractor. He is fantastic. He told us what kind of nails to use. He will stay on the site to help with the construction. He is perfect. Worth every penny.
