"Hector Lopez is professional, & knowledgeable ( he is multi-talented in a variety of home improvements). He can do just about any work a home requires. I was very impressed with his abilities. He delivers good work. We had dry wall repair done. Several holes in our walls due to new plumbing pipes installed & he has 2 women ( Amy & Carlita) who specialize in dry wall repair. They delivered exceptional work. It looked brand new & you could never tell there was a hole there. They are hard workers & most talented in dry wall repair. You definitely want them if you need dry wall repair. They are prompt & on time. We also needed some tile repair around a tub. It was tile from 1993. Hector took the time & found the exact tile that was needed. He repaired in a swift fashion. I am pleased with all the work . Hector is dependable & he is accommodating to your needs & to work with. While buying pre-built cabinets is more cost-effective, building custom cabinets allows for full modification to fit unique spaces, such as rooms with high ceilings or unusual layouts, which stock options cannot accommodate.

Whether you install flooring before or after kitchen cabinets depends primarily on the type of flooring you are using. For materials like hardwood, tile, and sheet flooring, the best practice is to install the flooring first. This ensures the cabinets are installed at the correct height and on a stable surface. However, you should not install cabinets on top of floating floors, such as laminate or luxury vinyl plank (LVP). These types of flooring need room to expand and contract with temperature and humidity changes. Placing heavy cabinets on top can restrict this movement, potentially causing the floor to buckle and making the cabinets unstable.
