"It start out with him want 50.00 dollar for the time slot. We agree on the quote and when he got here he change the price to hang the living room curtain. I send him pictures of everything and he said he didn't know that the windows was that long. He start to do and said he couldn't do it. He paint my ceiling a different color in the bedroom and the vents in which he didn't suppose to and said he didn't do that but he did. He broke my night stand and didn't tell me about until I ask him He said he was to busy to tell me about it. I ask him when was he coming back to correct these problems he said he got other project to work on and offer me 200.00 dollar today. I have been trying to get in touch with everyday this happens. He lied about everything he said he didn't do. All of our ceiling are white and vents. Got before and after pictures. I asking him for my money back accept for the TV and curtain robs. He use up some expensive paint we had in basement for another project to paint the ceiling in the bedroom, bedroom that he supposed not have painted the ceiling and vents."

"We found that an old antenna fell that was attached to the roof of our 2 story home. We called Archer chimney, they came out the same day, investigated the damage, and provided a quote. The following day, Joel and and Mike returned and repaired the roof. They were very professional and courteous. Pictures were provided before and after the job. "After over two years of issues with our Heat&Glo fireplace resulting in 4 visits and $1000+ in service charges and replaced parts we are still left with a fireplace that randomly cuts off and on. The last response from this group was to blame the issue on the overall gas supply but after having the gas company check every line pressure and connection twice it is obvious that the issue is the lack of experience this group has with existing fireplaces. They are more than happy to sell you a new system but are out of their league when it comes to servicing a unit outside of a simple cleaning. Since they tried chasing the issue by randomly replacing parts (that did not fix the issue) we are back to square one and are now looking for another company to service the system. Lesson learned the hard way - stay away from this company."
