Causing mildew in each corner of the shower floor. Hardwood floors are not sealed properly all throughout the home. Sheetrock areas have not been sanded in areas previously discussed. Has very poor time management skills, and likes to take days/weeks off at a time in the middle of an ongoing project. I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped visitors. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to the house and truly listened to my somewhat complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional.
