My husband was afraid of altering the brick but after nearly five years of constantly pointing out other homes with the look, he finally came around and went to work on finding the perfect company to do the job. If you find the wrong company, your home will look like a scantron sheet. It wasn't a look we were going for, because I wanted that old world, distressed, perfectly imperfect look. I didn't want to have nightmares about "C" always being the right answer every time I looked at our home! APC was the third company we interviewed. Right away, the professionalism (they showed up 10 minutes early!) and the way Megan shared her experience and her thoughts for our home made me feel right at ease. When we got the quote we booked immediately. It was nestled right in our budget. We received over-inflated quotes from two other companies and while we completely appreciated this process would be work, we know what over-inflated is. The crew was phenomenal. ABSOLUTE artists and so clean. They made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it and left not one thing for us to do later. We have been a complete advertisement for APC ever since. We are looking forward to having them do more projects for us and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. My husband, who was skeptical he would love the finished project because he never pictured living in a white house is probably even more of a fan than I am (and that's saying something!) "Coolray has always had a solid reputation in Metro Atlanta. I've lived in this house for 19 years and the existing AC unit is at least 29 years old. Each year the Coolray service techs tell me they would love to sell me a new 3-ton AC Unit...but since my current outside unit is still working there is no reason to mess with a good thing. Of course, this system uses freon and you can't legally buy it anymore, you just can't find a more honest service company than Coolray.
They did install a new Trane furnace 10 years ago during the winter when the older one died, but it was a great deal and an incredibly smooth installation. I would suggest Coolray to anyone who needs an honest service company that you can trust will get the job done right the first time.
