Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."

We conducted another yard walkdown for clarification, but I must say that Tree Worx seems to have closed all gaps between their sales and production efforts – the guys knew the job. "I called and asked for an annual gutter cleaning. I was charged for the cleaning I recieved in 2022 with the same photos for January 2023. I had to send in my own pictures as proof that my roof was never cleaned. It took about two weeks to hear back from them. I never recieved an apology for being sent a bill for completed service. The service was rescheduled and completed without any good loyalty to customer, and once again charged me full price."

"The service agreement was to cut down a tree and then cut into firewood. Tree was cut down and part of the trunk was cut into huge logs, one of which rolled down and damaged my property WHILE they were there (he didn't tell me)!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will not respond to texts or phone calls. Very unprofessional."
