This took multiple trips to my house to put on mulitple coats and he showed up everytime, also keeping in touch about precise estimated time of arrival. He also did excellent work, with attention to detail and ensuring that he didn't damage anything else in the process. Very nice to work with and professional. Will hire again. Before and after photos attached. Any unevenness in the stain is due to nature of the wood itself; he balanced out the absorption of stain very well compared to the original stain on the door."

"I asked for the shower floor to be replaced. I wanted to take up the old and replace it with the new tile that I had bought. Original price was $1500 that we were quoted, then a 2nd person came and said this needed to be done and that needed to be done and that the first person wasn't experienced in that area so the price went up to $1700 and I had to buy more materials. The 2nd worker, complained about not knowing what the waterproof membrane's condition was, but it didn't matter as I had bought another membrane based on his recommendation. then when the worker had to get the job started, he didn't want to tear out the old floor and wanted to just put down the new floor on the existing floor. He complained about the mortar, the tile that I bought, etc. The issue he was having with the mortar was because he was putting new tile on old tile instead of taking up the old tile. I bought material that I couldn't take back because of his decision to not remove the old tile. I want to pay them for the labor but amount they are asking for doesn't fit the work that was done. I want a reasonable price for the work that was done. I don't think that is an unreasonable ask. How can this be resolved with a fair amount so that I can move on from this situation? This is what I need to find out. The sooner the better. thanks"

Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him again for my future projects."

"I don’t usually do reviews but I would be remised if I didn’t do it in this case. Donald repaired a 2’ X 2’ hole in my ceiling. The work was excellent. He made the hole disappear. My wife and House Cleaner was just as impressed. After receiving three bids, his rate was very competitive. Lastly, based on this job we are pricing a second job with him. (Donald just may be the Handyman we are searching for.). "
