"Scheduling with them was a bit of a challenge, There calendar was booked, then serviceman coming out had car trouble.  Rescheduled 4-5 times.  There was an upcharge to do the skylights."

"Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.

They knew how to deal with the insurance company to get them to approve funds towards the repair and then to fight their original estimate to get us more. If you have roof work that involves dealing with an insurance company, these are the folks to use. The new roof they installed looks great. "Went extremely well.  The most professional, courteous yet efficient contractors I have ever dealt with from Angies list.,  Only had one complaint concerning their painting of a water leak on the ceiling.  They got some white paint spray on a piece of wood furniture but they came back later and corrected it with a special 'mix' of cleaners that removed it.  I trust these guys to accurately tell me what is wrong and what is NOT wrong with anything concerning my roof.
