Do not ever, ever use this company and you should think about using Angi and any vetting process that Angi uses that this company passed.
This is a cost based review. I had one shingle that came loose. He said it would be easy so I assumed a reasonable cost. I know better. It took one hour, three shingles (supplied by me), I had to hold the ladder because his helper wasn't there. He charged $2,500. I asked him three times if he was joking because it was one hour, my material, my helping him, etc. He said he was proud of his ratings and asked for a good one. The shingles haven't fallen off in the last couple days but who knows about the work's quality.
This is the best rating I can give, only because a one is the lowest.

Eddy was quick with getting the job done. I felt he was a bit high in cost but he did stay and get the job done that needed to be done. And he was prompt and he did say there was a warranty that would transfer to the new owner with no problem.

I reached out to several providers. Eddie answered the phone and was able to come to my home the same afternoon. He and his team did a complete roof inspection and replaced the damaged shingles with new shingles that were the correct size. They also did other repairs and shoring up of loose items, as well as parts replacement, which could have led to future leaks and additional damage if they had not completed the repairs. They offered a one-year warranty on their work, which is very helpful. Eddie called me on the following day to make sure there was no damage from the rain and wind storm that came in on the same night as the repairs.

They like to over-inflate prices to customers. They do not clearly provide a clear and informative cost of what they're charging you. They just provide a base number without telling you what the charges actually are. So, we need to be aware of misrepresentations to customers.

Eduardo and his team were amazing! My house is 101 years old, sometimes it’s hard to find replacement pieces due to age. He went out of his way to make sure the repair matched our home and we are very grateful for that!
