"For a customer to continuously call the owner to ask if they could be notified prior to their employees stepping onto private property by knocking on door or via text message I don't think was asking to much. Also asking why my pool is still green if you've been treating it since Dec. 2023 to have an owner go syco over the phone is alarming to me. This company uses Unfair business practices charging for something that's not even needed currently. Georgia Attorney generals office will definitely be getting a complaint from me."

We ended up being billed $14,000! When called Customer Care for Jacuzzi we were told that because we went through Costco they have to add additional costs so they make money. Basically, they took all of the discounts we got back. They refused to discuss it with us and now we have to find an additional $3,000 to pay the difference. If you go through Costco, ensure you get a straightforward quote showing how much you will be paying! Our installers, Elias and Nate, were professional and made sure to keep the work area clean.
