We ended up being billed $14,000! When called Customer Care for Jacuzzi we were told that because we went through Costco they have to add additional costs so they make money. Basically, they took all of the discounts we got back. They refused to discuss it with us and now we have to find an additional $3,000 to pay the difference. If you go through Costco, ensure you get a straightforward quote showing how much you will be paying! Our installers, Elias and Nate, were professional and made sure to keep the work area clean. They worked fast and explained everything. Our shower looks great!"
