"The project involved repairing a leaking shower drain. The fix was for the contractors to replace the tile in the shower basin and replace the drain to include replacing some of the drain piping. Now that the work is done, I can confirm the truth of that claim. Chris regularly contacted me to ask how the project was going and to make sure that I was pleased. He visited my house numerous times to check the quality of his employees' work. One day he made a worker re-sand and repaint a wall because Chris thought the patches weren't perfectly flat. If I had any concerns (e.g., uneven painting), Chris addressed them without hesitation.
