"Mike arrive on time and was very professional. He started immediately with the house by applying cleaning chemical. He took his time and made sure every area was clean before moving on. He let water dry on house and then walked around house to make sure he did not miss anything. House and porches took about 2 hours. Mike then did detached garage the same way. The concrete driveway had not been pressured washed in 15 years and he made it look almost brand new.  He was polite and if we need anything extra done he did it without question. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
