"The sweeps arrived several hours later than the estimated 5 hour window given. They called three times to change the estimated arrival time and then arrived after dark the first night. There was no outside lighting at the house, and their ladder was too short to reach the roof without causing injury or damage to the vinyl siding. Therefore, they were unable to accurately assess the chimney and rain pan. They took pictures in the dark and said I needed a new rain pan and collar. They scheduled another day to come out for measurements. Meanwhile, the senior sweep repaired cracks in the firebox. He offered to paint the firebox. I asked if I could for that myself to save money. He shared the type of spray paint, high heat intensity, to purchase. The next two visits were during daylight hours and were within the given estimated time of arrival. The sweeps were courteous, professional, and appeared to be knowledgeable in their craft. "

"My house had extensive water damage requiring $85K of complex repairs. Insurance paid for it but I had to select a contractor. All South Restoration was recommended to me and I'm very happy that I decided to hire them. First, they identified many repair items that were missed by a professional insurance adjuster and, based on their professional estimate and reputation, insurance agree to pay for additional repairs which saved me many thousands $$$ as otherwise I would have to pay for these repairs from my own pocket later on. Second, despite complexity of the project and current shortages of materials, the project was completed on time, as promised at the beginning, and on budget which means all the house repair cost was covered 100% by insurance and overall the house looks better than before flooding. Third, quality of work and materials is great and as promised with frequent and detail communication during the entire project. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference."

"We found what was needed to fix the chimney we were not able to afford it. But He said that if we gave him the trailer he would provided a discount. And we gave him the trailer and TOLD him to register the trailer. But he Never did. We trust him. And Next we received from the state of Georgia for a toying violation until March 2023. We sent the bookkeeper all the copies of the towing violation. HE WERE REALLY UNHAPPY! He did a good job for our chimney But that doesn't mean He treat his customer like these! We told Him to stop Driving it. But He keeps riding it! It was really Bad! You already cost us 125 hundreds dollar for this. AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE HUNDRED DOLLARS CHARGE FROM YOU THAT WE PAY REIMBURSE! The last towing violation came in recently from the state of Georgia collection agency and we have to pay that to protect our credit."
