"I would no recommend this company to anyone. They showed up 2 days later than promised. We were told there would be a $79 service call fee plus any parts that were needed to fix it, which we were good with. When the tech showed up and looked at the fireplace he said it needed to be troubleshooted and there was a loose wire causing it not to ignite. He quoted me $699 to repair it, I told him that I could buy a whole new fireplace insert for that price. He called his boss and said he could do it for $499. Long story short he cleaned it up, fixed the loose wire and was done in about 20 minutes. When I told him that the logs were not put back the right way he wanted to argue with me and said that I can re-arrange them however I wanted and he was done."

We were told there would be a $79 service call fee plus any parts that were needed to fix it, which we were good with. "We had our chimney inspected by Matt in 2024. We had no KNOWN issues but suspected some as our fireplace was over 10 years old. We burn a lot of wood fires and use seasoned wood.. Additionally we purchased the home in 2016 from someone else and didnt know the status of their use We had a very through inspection including being scoped..it found creosole buildup to a point of danger..to make a long story short, we took Matts suggestions to heart and installed a propane insert We appreciated his professional service and knowledge. I didnt want to be a chimney fire statistic and thank Boehner and Sons for avoiding this You should too"
