GREENHILL EXTERIOR CLEANING, LLC is a locally owned and operated small business. We offer House Washing, Roof Washing, and Gutter Brightening with detergents and a low pressure application process to protect your property. We also offer traditional high pressure surface cleaning for concrete. At Greenhill Exterior Cleaning we utilize only the best equipment equipment and highly trained and skilled technicians.\n\nI created Greenhill Exterior Cleaning after 6 years of tax compliance work as a CPA. After all those year in a cubicle I knew I needed two things... to enjoy the beautiful outdoors by getting out of my cubicle and I needed to perform work that had tangible results. I thought long and hard, coming to the conclusion that I love the feeling and satisfaction I got when I finished cleaning a house. Thus, GREENHILL EXTERIOR CLEANING was born.

"Brian was an excellent sandblaster, his time was just as important as mine. He told me when the job would be done. telephoned me when he was on his way, arrived, explained what he would be doing covered everything with plastic to(deck, shurbs) to prevent the dust from clinging and after the job was complete ALL trash was removed and taken away. For a contractor you could not ask for a better job that usually leave the homeworker working harder doing the cleanup."

Sand is a common sublayer for hardscape features like driveways, paver patios, and more. Most projects that involve sand require a 1-inch layer to promote evenness, drainage, and weight distribution. For further drainage, most projects have a 6-inch minimum layer of gravel beneath the sand.

Sandblasting is a common method for removing paint. It works great if the underlying material is tough. This is because you can then use more abrasive sandblast materials, making the paint removal process much faster and less expensive. If you plan on removing many layers of paint on smooth surfaces, you’ll need to be more careful about which materials you choose to use to sandblast.
