She took one square inch at a time and since it was so bad she took an extra day on it and finished by hand. Seeing how methodical she is impressed me so. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. He told me when the job would be done. telephoned me when he was on his way, arrived, explained what he would be doing covered everything with plastic to(deck,shurbs) to prevent the dust from clinging and after the job was complete ALL trash was removed and taken away. For a contractor you could not ask for a better job that usually leave the homeworker working harder doing the cleanup."
