He told me that it wasn't actually a crack in the foundation but a crack in some superficial cement that was smeared over the actual foundation and is just a cosmetic problem that doesn't need to be dealt with. He gave me some advice and recommendations for some gutter work and didn't charge me a dime.

I thanked him, and he went his separate ways. The guy was suppose to refer me to an handyman, but he never did. They didn't really do any work. "

They could have cleaned up some small left over concrete a little better . They asked for cash payment about 3 in the afternoon which surprised us as we had planned to write a check. We had to rush to the bank to get $3500.00 cash before they closed. They just need to let the client know in advance. We did not pay anything until the job was completed."
