Then he came on the day he promised, collected the old canvas and came back to install the new one exactly one week later. Frank was easy on payment. Normally it is 50% at the beginning and 50% on closing but he just made me pay 100% on closing, which I did. The result is great!"

"The awning looks to be built well. I think the design is not good for the area it’s in. There was no allowance for the fascia board so the awning sits at an angle from the brick siding. The Z clips that hold the awning in place are not big enough and the lag bolt holes are drilled on an angle due to no allowance of the facia board."

I worked with customer service for 2 days to customize my garage so it will attach to my house,after waiting 2 months for it to be delivered and set up they showed up just to have to head guy refuse to put it up against my house like it was designed to do he would only put it 3 feet away which made it unlevel so he refused to set it up because of that.I called customer service to complain and after trying for 20 mins to get her to understand that the jurk was refusing to put it next to my house as it was designed to do she offered me a petty $250 offer to keep it and set it up myself . Rude people that have no clue what they are doing or they meaning of customer service. Don't even buy a dog house from these people"
