I had stucco that was delaminating from its backing on both sides of my front door and needed to get this fixed to avoid water damage in my basement. Daniel was super very quick to respond to my need, and came out the same day to give me a stucco repair quote. When it came time for the repair, Daniel arrived on time as promised and started working immediately. Daniel was the only company of several that was willing and able to come out the next day and take a look. He clearly explained everything that was needed and gave options to suit our budget. The price quote was very fair as compared to the other outrageous estimates I had received from other stucco repair companies. To boot, they were unable to come and do the work right away. Last year we discovered that one of our stucco chimneys was leaning over the house and the other one had numerous holes on the house side of the chimney..thank you woodpeckers. Daniel's company was recommended to me and I reached out to them. Response was within 24hrs and Daniel was there when promised. He reviewed the damage, due to the original contractor not being qualified and Alpharetta not having building inspectors, when the house was built. Daniel quoted a price that I assumed was ok but when the work started it was obvious that he wasn't going to just patch up the chimney. He and his workers constructed scaffolding up to 48 ft. high, removed the whole top section of the chimney, rebuilt the structure to code, matched the existing stucco color, spent 4 days applying stucco correctly and adding a new commercial chimney cap. It was amazing and perfect. The value for my money was great. Last month we found a bubble in another section of the stucco. He promised to have the work started by the 15th of May. He came 2 days ago and completed the work yesterday. I worked around and with many contractors as an electrical and hvac contractor and electrical engineer but I have to say that Daniel would be on the top of my list as someone who can address any stucco issue that I might have. American Stucco is a 5 across the board in my book. Note that there are very few contractors that I would rate this level.

America. Stucco Repair is the best stucco company I have hired, and itâ  s not even close. Daniel is timely and does amazing work. Weâ  re had our home for nearly 9 years and have had many woodpecker holes to fill. I have used American Stucco Repairs 3 times now. Going forward I will not use anyone else.
