Worst company to deal with ever. Lied week after week. We finally had to go to our attorney to try to get our deposit back since they never delivered the correct awning even after telling me they would week after week for nine months. Stay as far away as possible.

It took approximately 20 weeks for the work to be completed (13 weeks before they even came out to remove the old awning to use as a template for the new awning, 7 additional weeks for the new awning to be installed). The owner initially told me when providing the quote it would be 6-8 weeks in total (contract states 8-14 weeks). Called multiple times, never could get an answer on why the delays or when the new awning would be installed. After the installation, trash was left on my driveway and patio. Part of the contract was to repaint the existing awning frame black. Only parts of the awning were painted, black paint dropping were all over the side of the house and on the patio as well as paint on the driveway. The awning itself looks great once it finally was installed; The overall service, company communication & scheduling, as well as the cleanup was not so great. Limited options for residential awnings in Broward County but I would look somewhere elsewhere.
