Lion home maintenance and painting can provide labor as well as labor and material estimates for customers prior to beginning all work. We are always trying to work with customers budgets and we provide discounts to teachers, service members (police, firemen, military...etc.). Products we use are all quality brands either from Home Depot, Lowes or Sherwin Williams unless otherwise specified by our customers. Our hours of operation are 8-8pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday 11-5pm (unless emergency, or deadline schedules). As the sole proprietor of this business I will be responsible for communicating with customers handling critical tasks...and selling, ordering, picking up materials and shipping as needed. I am detail orientated and enjoy all aspects of my profession. My billing procedures: Free Estimate. upon accepting estimate requires 50% deposit unless job requires substantial amount no more than 75% of total bill. Special promotions consist of referral discounts, fall, winter and early spring discounts.
