Patrick was unique as a contractor as he continuously communicated throughout the project. He always made sure I was aware when he was coming, if he was delayed, updated me on the progress of the project....I liked his attention to detail. As for the work performed, stucco work can get messy, but Patrick made sure the job site was neat and clean every day. He respected our home as if it was his own.
