Everything went very well and we are highly satisfied. They came out for an in-person estimate in less than 24 hours after I called them. The work was done promptly, professionally, and clean up after was perfect. This guy was very personable, friendly, and explained things so that a lay person could understand what needed to be done. I first tried working with a popular painting company here in LV but it just didn't work out. On the day of my scheduled estimate, that company cancelled saying their estimator was sick and that I should take pictures of the problem and email it. Well, because the hole was 20-25' high the pictures didn't turn out well and I didn't send the email. I noticed after a few days that they never called me back to reschedule the estimate or to say anything. They also seemed cold and unwelcoming on the phone. Obviously they didn't care about getting the job. Maybe my job was too small. Nevertheless, I will only call Stucco Master in the future. Our home is not small, we also own a commercial building, and we run a business with many customers with whom we share information about positive vendor/contractor experiences. So, even though my job may have been small, my guess is that Stucco Master will be getting more work through us or our customers/friends in the future. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
