I've worked through countless contractors to effect home repairs on siding and structural framing. Many of them have ghosted after providing quotes, promising to come but never do. Some provide astronomical assessments, and when asked to break down parts and labor costs, become argumentative and even angry. Derek is now my go-to for any home repair. I cannot explain how happy I am to be included in the process of the repair, and consulted and notified on each turn in the process. When additional damage was discovered Derek wouldn't up charge. This is a straight shooting hard working American who gives me hope good people do continue to exist. His quality was excellent;. Derrick of Humphreys Construction made and replaced my stucco mailbox that had been destroyed by a truck hitting it. Derrick had a very fair price and was very accommodating and timely in initial contact and follow up. The quality of the mailbox was beautiful! I also asked him to look at damage on my stucco house and hired him for that as well.

Derrick was not only very understanding, but I could not have asked for anything better. It was high quality, timely and the price was the best of two other companies I contacted. He replaced, cleaned up the area and took the old box away. Beautiful stucco work. Highly recommended.

He came out within a week to provide a quote and was quick to schedule the job when I called him back. Once the weather cooperated, Derrick showed up and did my foundation re-stucco job in one work day. He was very professional, friendly, and was a hard worker. We had a couple of quirky foundation vents, but he did a great job stuccoing around them as we asked him to. Great work!

Derrick returned my call within an hour. I told him we had an energetic woodpecker put a 2â x1â hole in our stucco the day before. He came out several hours later and did the repair. He then returned a few hours later to paint it. I couldnâ t have been happier. On top of that he is very easy to do business with.

Derrick came out the day he promised and diagnosed the problem immediately. He completed the project on time and did quality work. Cost was a little more than I had budgeted, but Derrick did suggest a less expensive DYI fix. I decided on the correct fix.

Mr. Humphrey was terrific! He did some stucco repair work that was necessitated by hardscape work that left a portion of the exterior wall exposed. He was diligent, did neat work, and a great job matching the color. His pricing was very fair for the job and quality of work.

I recently hired Derrick to cut out a section of stucco and to repair it. I could not be happier with the results. The old section was poorly repaired last time, but it looks just like the rest of the house now. The price was great (much cheaper than others), he was fast to respond and give an estimate. As soon as the rain stopped he was out here getting the job done. He was friendly, and quick. If I have any other stucco I need repaired in the future I won't even think twice about who to call.

The texture of our stucco was hard to match. They did an ok job, but could have been a bit better. Unfortunately, I had to be out of town when the work was done.

Derrick was personable, flexible, and patient. He didn't just provide a quote he provided a plan, detailing what was going to be done in writing.
