The plumber had cut away about half of a girder under a load bearing wall during construction. Needless to say Dustin and Robert developed a solution, implemented it, and literally saved our house from a catastrophic failure. These three men are an exceptional team. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. "My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

"Did a nice job, especially considering that the well guy hadn't arrived yet so I didn't have running water. It was noisy (not a problem, just the machinery doing its job) but they did a good job. He cleaned my air ducts & vent covers, gave me some good suggestions & recommendations - the house had sat empty for several years, so there were issues. He offered to add dryer vent cleaning at the 'deal' price, which ended up to be more than he bargained for since it was completely blocked and coming apart.
