Dustin and Robert implemented the solutions and in the process they identified an additional hidden issue in our floor joist. The plumber had cut away about half of a girder under a load bearing wall during construction. Needless to say Dustin and Robert developed a solution, implemented it, and literally saved our house from a catastrophic failure. These three men are an exceptional team. Their customer service skills are absolutely beyond reproach! According, they have my highest recommendation for any foundation, waterproofing or house leveling issues anyone may have!!! "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"It was fine. They did the work they said they were going to do and it passed the inspection. There were no problems with the quality They were always there on time. The gentleman that came out to the house - the crew leader was awesome. He came out and gave us an estimate. But Charles -I think he is one of the owners, is pretty rude on the phone. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Did a nice job, especially considering that the well guy hadn't arrived yet so I didn't have running water. It was noisy (not a problem, just the machinery doing its job) but they did a good job. He cleaned my air ducts & vent covers, gave me some good suggestions & recommendations - the house had sat empty for several years, so there were issues. He offered to add dryer vent cleaning at the 'deal' price, which ended up to be more than he bargained for since it was completely blocked and coming apart.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
