"Note: HomeAdvisor did not have the correct category for the work done on my house, which has a raised/pier construction. So I have a complaint against Home Advisor. BUT…. Here’s the actual review for the work I had done: Alpha Foundation sent a two man team to level/add support jacks under the floor of my 1939 home. The jacks were placed in the crawl space. Tori and Darien were efficient and professional, not something easy to be when you’re crawling around in such a confined space. And Tori answered my many questions cheerfully and with lots of patience. Alpha Foundation is lucky to have these guys. I’m happy with their work. Now, Home Advisor, please fix your categories."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "It was going to rain the night before, David came out and laid tarps down so the ground wouldn't be mushy. Great customer service. Very professional. Work was fantastic. Made sure the ground slopped where it needed to, to keep water from the house. Made sure it was level and clean. Will defiantly hire this company again for future use."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"So happy with the work. Had some very high traffic spots that were black! Also have a dog that felt the need to pee in the house. All of the smell and dirt is gone. Very happy with the job, pricing, and the carpet and sectionals is like new again. Nice work - highly recommended!"
