I have been with All Pro since 1996 and am very pleased. I use them for both pest treatment and termite control. I always set a date with them for any visit and they have always coordinated out schedules so that I am home when they come. The phone receptionists and the agents that do the service are polite and professional and able to answer any questions that I have. They are a great company to work with!

I've used all pro for our termite treatment and bait stations for going on three years. We purchased out home new and All pro was already installed at closing. I've gladly paid our yearly cost to keep the termite service in force, but most recently have had a difficult time taking their calls to pay this years invoice. Received a call today stating they have canceled my service and are coming to my property to remove the bait stations, that they own. I attempted to pay my amount due for the year but they denied and stated it would require they come back out and re-inspect which is a $385 cost plus $275 per year. I was originally paying $210 per year. An extremely poor experience and very disappointing that they were unwilling to extend the amount I have been paying yearly. Instead they want to charge me a large sum to revisit the property and increase my yearly bill by 35%. They also have threatened to charge me $25 for each bait station on my property if I do not allow them to come get them. These were installed and on my property at closing 3 ears ago. Any new homeowner would assume ownership. All around shocking approach by All Pro and something that me and my family/neighbor's as a consumer will not tolerate. Do better All Pro, there are tons of options in Marietta for homeowners to choose from!

Until recently, I had used this company for termite and ant treatments for a few years.I decided to have a termite barrier treatment performed and the technician that came to the house was extremely unprofessional. The treatment stopped when the technician broke the water faucet clean off the house, spewing water into the yard. This action also damaged the refill hose for our swimming pool. I had to call a plumbing company to come out and repair the damaged faucet and pool hose. The technician refused to accept any responsibility, even though I have video of the actions leading up to the damage to our home. In March 2020, I shared pictures of the damage and associated video with the company and they said they would pay for repairs. They were responsive until they received the final bill estimate of $421.40. They stopped responding to my requests for updates and even tried to get me to renew their service. I cannot continue to pay services to a company that refuses to hold it's employees and itself to a higher standard.

Stay away....Far away. They do not respond or return calls. Promised a copy of the contract.....still waiting. Did not call ahead as promised. Requested to talk to a manager, has yet to happen. Took a whole day to reach someone and the response was "we had some people quite over the weekend".

They never treated our house ,their driver would come out and park outside and do nothing .. we got hit by termites , our floors were damaged and it took them 4 weeks to come out . it turned out they are using old stuff. when it came to changing the floors they never did. they said we do not cover floors. managers and employees were so nasty talking back to us. we had paid 628 for liquid treatment and pay 200 every year for the joke canisters.

.they finally send someone out that was hired a month ago and did not know his stuff. had to drill in front of the house and now we hope they all die. weh ave about 10 wood sections that are damaged. PLEASE DONT GET THESE GUYS, SERVICE IS HORRIBLE NOW , BAD ATTITUDE AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

They do not cover floors if there is damage.  Termites got in my hardwood floor and I'm now having to replace my floors.  They didn't explain that the contract must include repairs for them to take care of it. The first page must read 'repair warranty'. They take advantage of people.  I'm going to tell everyone I know, not to use them.

We paid the $399 up front for 1 year of pest control service in January 2015.  It is now July 2015 and we have received a total of 2 pest control treatments - one of which we had to call for (we are used to company's setting us up on a schedule).  We also paid $420 for their mosquito program.  It is July 2015 and we have received a total of 2 mosquito treatments - one of which we had to call for (again).  When I called to speak with the company, they said that they had GPS tracking that the vehicle was at our house to perform service.  We never received an invoice on the door.  Had a reschedule for 07/27/15 for mosquito, termite, and pest control.  The tech almost drove off before performing pest control services as it wasn't noted on the dispatch form.  I called the next day to cancel all services and was told that I would not get a refund of any unused monies.  According to All Pro, they have 3 months to correct a problem - their service on 07/27/15 was a correction to a problem.  We have been with them for the last 7 months - how do I get that time, money, and/or treatments back?  As a customer, I should not have to call them to come and do their job, which I was told would be on a schedule.  I should have listened to my gut when I read the Google reviews of this company - Buyer beware!

They don't always Check the termite detection devices. We get a statement when they come yo our home but you can tell they did not remove the device to check for termite infestation. Not happy with their service ... Will not renew

I was told they did not harm the animal after the removal. They did they a good job. They did what they said they would do.

It's funny, that when you go to a friend, you sometimes don't get all the service you should get. But I don't deal with Robert. I deal with his employees. And they have been absolutely topnotch. The gentlemen that come and do the service are absolutely terrific. I'm far more pleased with them than any other termite service.

They are okay. Their service techs are pretty much average.

I have used them for almost 8 years now.  We have a yearly contract with them and they come out quarterly.  They do a good job with good competitive rates.  I am going to be using them for outdoor and indoor pest control as well.  They came when the builder built this house so I just continued to use them after I moved here.  They are very prompt and they do their checks.  If I need anything done, there is no hesitation in their part to get it done.  Once one of my traps was missing so I just had to give them a call and they came and put in a new one.  I pay no more than $300 a year, which is reasonable.  They have a GPS system on their trucks to track their workers, to confirm the location of the trucks, so that they know the technicians have come out and are not just taking a coffee break somewhere.  They do a report about when they came, what they did, and if any material was used.  So far I have not had any trouble with termites, which is good.  They are one of those companies which have been around for a long time.  They also have a certification which only a small number of companies in the industry that do pest control have, I guess it is hard to get it.  I would recommend them to others.

It was average at best. They did exactly what they said they would do.

We have a yearly contract with them. They come on a regular basis and I haven't really had to call them. They come as scheduled and leave us a written report each time, which indicates if there is anything that we need to be concerned about. They do their job and we don't have to be involved.

They are on the ball and let me know what’s happening with my yard and home. I've had no problems with them.

The first time it wasn't good because we scheduled for a specific time and they called me and said they would not be here until noon so I told them I couldn't do that. The next thing I know they sent me an invoice and apparently the service guy told his boss that we weren't here when it was him that couldn't make it on time. I called and complained and the person who answered the phone was very nice. She arranged the second visit, he was on time and it was not a problem. It took care of my problem that I had with the pests. The next time he was on time and it was fine. The pests disappeared when they came back. The lady on the phone was very professional and friendly. The guy who made the visit was polite and friendly as well as respectful at the same time. The guy who didn't make it and lied I don't have nice things to say. Overall, it was a good experience.

We've had them since we bought our house five and a half years ago. They have been coming out and checking the bait traps and we haven't had any termite incidents. They charge a yearly fee of 200 dollars.

The on-call service for them to come out when necessary is $220 per year, and the termite service is $320 per year. They are very good. I will continue to use their services in the future and would recommend them to others.
